Planning Commission agenda

Due to Fourth of July holiday on the regularly scheduled date for the monthly meeting of the Pea Ridge Planning Commission, the meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, July 3, according to city building official Tony Townsend.

The agenda includes:

• Preliminary Plat, Elkhorn Ridge Phase III (Franklin Miller);

• Variance Request, 300 Lee Town Dr. (Mitch Brown);

• Home Occupation Request, 1789 Conrad St. (Jesse Bray);

• Home Occupation Request, 1425 Lee St. (John Gibson); and

• Large Scale Development, Slack Street (Pat Tobin).
