Monday, Oct. 19

7:50 a.m. Police took a report on a two-vehicle accident that happened on private property on Wade Lane involving a vehicle driven by Randy Brumley, 48, Pea Ridge, backing into a vehicle driven by Kayla Glisson, 37, Pea Ridge.

2:11 p.m. A resident of McCulloch Street reported a dog ran into their back yard and was being aggressive. The dog's owner, Sandra Gonzalez, 47, Fayetteville, was found and was cited for dog at large.

Tuesday, Oct. 20

4:30 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited Christopher W.Hertzing, 29, Lowell, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia

7:42 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on McNair Place for a physical disturbance; while enroute, they were told a suspect had left the residence in a silver vehicle. The victim, a 31-year-old female, told police a 31-year-old male had taken her phone and keys and beaten her. The incident is under investigation.

Thursday, Oct. 22

11:26 a.m. As a result of an investigation into a reported shoplifting, police arrested a 12-year-old and a 14-year-old female for shoplifting and for possession of a controlled substance. One of the girls had a vape pipe, liquid for the vape and a vape charger in her backpack at the Middle School.

Saturday, Oct. 24

8:10 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited Gary Shannon Cook, 21, Pea Ridge, for possession of drug paraphernalia.

11:09 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Eagle Crest Drive for a physical disturbance in progress and found the complainant walking on Hayes Street. When police attempted to pick her up to take her home, she resisted and fought with officers, kicking two officers. The 17-year-old female was arrested for resisting arrest and second degree battery. She was booked into the Juvenile Detention Center.

Sunday, Oct. 25

7:30 a.m. Police were dispatched to a business on Slack Street for a man who said he caught a dog running loose around the gas pumps. He took the dog to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

11 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jacob S. Lewis, 26, Gravette, on a warrant from Rogers Police.

12:50 p.m. Police were dispatched to a business on North Curtis Avenue for a disturbance involving two Pea Ridge Police officers "fighting and struggling" with a black male. According to the report, a police officer had observed Aarisen Wright entering Subway and, knowing Wright had been issued a no trespass warning, went to check on Wright, who resisted officers. Wright was arrested for criminal trespass, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of second-degree battery.

3:38 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on King Lane for an attempted suicide; a 49-year-old male was taken to the hospital.

3:39 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on East Patton Street for a verbal disturbance in progress. As a result of the investigation, police cited Gene Edward Copp, 80, and Emily Diane Copp, 23, both of Pea Ridge, for criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.
