Incredible egg-macaroni salad

Recipe by Majorie Howell, in the 2008 Cook's Library of Treasures published by the Pea Ridge Community Library

1 box macaroni and cheese dinner

1 pkg. frozen peas

1 medium tomato, chopped

3/4 c. salad dressing

1/2 c. celery, diced

1/2 c. onion, chopped

1/2 tsp. salt

dash of pepper

6 hard boiled eggs

Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed on box. Add peas, tomato, salad dressing, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Chop five eggs, reserving one for garnish. Add eggs to salad; mix lightly and chill. Slice remaining egg and garnish top of salad. Serves six to eight people
