PEA RIDGE — Students new to Pea Ridge Primary (Kindergarten - second) may begin enrolling for the 2011-2012 school year on Tuesday, July 26. Parents need to provide proof of residency, updated immunization records, social security number and one of the following documents:
◊Birth certificate
◊Statement by the local registrar or a county recorder certifying the child’s date of birth
◊ Attested baptismal certificate
◊Passport
◊Affidavit of the date and place of birth by the child’s parent or guardian
◊United States Military identification
◊ Previous school records
◊For kindergarten enrollment, the student must attain the age of 5 on or before Aug. 1, 2011.
